日本ヘリコバクター学会 会員各位

今月17-18日、ソウルで「28th Annual Meeting of the Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research and the 3rd Seoul International Symposium on Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases (SI-HUG 2020)」が開催されます。
本学会からは、17日に古田隆久先生が「High dose PPI vs. P-CAB: Role of acid inhibition in eradication」、18日には、加藤元嗣理事長が「Reconciliation of H. pylori guidelines in Eastern countries: First and second line regimens」、鈴木秀和先生が「Effect on H. pylori eradication therapy against gastric cancer」という演題で講演されます。

この学術集会は東アジア諸国の研究者を招聘して開催されてきましたが、今年度は新型コロナウイルス感染の情勢を鑑み、韓国外からの参加者はwebで視聴できるようになっています。
韓国ヘリコバクター・上部消化管学会（Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research）より、本学会会員にひとりでも多く視聴していただきたいという連絡をいただいております。ご都合のつく方は、7月10日までにhttp://www.helicobacterkorea.org/registration/how からオンライン事前登録を行ってください。

On behalf of the Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research, we would like to express our appreciation for your cooperation and contribution to organize the 28th Annual Meeting of the Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research & the 3rd Seoul International Symposium on Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases (SI-HUG 2020).
As you may be aware, the World Health Organization officially declared the novel coronavirus COVID-19 a pandemic. SI-HUG 2020 Organizing Committee has been closely monitoring the global COVID-19 situation so far, and has been committed to the successful preparation of SI-HUG 2020.
Due to the gradual stabilization of the COVID-19 situation in Korea, the Organizing Committee has decided that SI-HUG 2020 will be held as scheduled at Conrad Seoul Hotel in Seoul, July 17-18, 2020. Korea. Domestic registrants will attend the SI-HUG 2020 site. However, as the situation abroad has not markedly improved, it is difficult to anticipate whether it will be possible for overseas participants to freely enter into and depart from Korea in July: Korean Immigrations have mandated that all visitors from abroad must go into self-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in the country.

To address the concerns of overseas participants who are unable to confirm their participation and to ensure the stability of schedule, the Organizing Committee has prepared a Virtual Symposium so that all overseas participants can give presentations and attend virtual. So I would like to cordially invite doctors of your society and request you to promote many colleagues to join the SI-HUG 2020 as virtual.

Scientific Program
The symposium will be streamed live through the Live Server and YouTube. We have 2 online inputs: One is steaming and the other is the E-session. Invited sessions & Oral sessions will be streamed. Those who are unable to participate onsite may opt for the VOD recording. The E-session will not be streamed but can be viewed on the symposium website during the symposium. *E-session includes: E-poster Display

Certificates of attendance/recognition of presentation
You will receive a certificate of presentation as well as participation for the conference. Certificates of participation will be delivered after the conference once your attendance (log on once daily) is confirmed. Poster presenters will also receive a certificate for their uploaded presentation.
